Pets Juicy Terms & Conditions

  1. Confidentiality: Keeping Secrets Safe. At Pets Juicy, we understand that you trust us with your furry friend's care and, occasionally, some personal information. Rest assured, your secrets are safe with us! We promise to keep any confidential information under wraps and ensure our staff do the same.
  2. Health and Vaccination Requirements: Happy and Healthy Pups To keep all our guests happy and healthy, we need your pup to be up-to-date with their vaccinations, including the current C5 vaccine, and treated for ticks and fleas. If these health requirements aren’t met, we may have to end our agreement, but we’ll still keep any fees paid.
  3. Desexing and Heat: Timing Matters No need to worry about desexing – it’s not required. However, we kindly ask that female dogs in heat take a break from daycare during their heat period and for two weeks after the last spotting. This helps keep everyone comfortable and happy.
  4. Surveillance: Smile, You’re on Camera For the safety of all our guests, we have surveillance cameras on-site. These recordings are for our eyes only and will stay private unless the law says otherwise.
  5. Liability for Dog Injuries: Vet on Standby. While we do our best to ensure everyone’s safety, accidents can happen. Pets Juicy is not responsible for any loss, injury, sickness, or death of a dog. If your pup needs emergency veterinary care, we’ll get them the help they need at your expense.
  6. Aggression and Behaviour: Play Nice, Please! If your dog starts showing aggressive behaviour towards others, we might have to give them a timeout or even ask them not to return. Please let us know if your dog has any behavioural quirks so we can keep everyone safe and happy.
  7. Veterinary Costs: Sharing is Caring If your dog accidentally hurts another dog, you’ll be responsible for any vet bills and related costs. It’s all about sharing the love and care!
  8. Dog Safety and Risks: Keeping Them Safe. We strive to keep all dogs safe and sound, but we can’t guarantee there won’t be any escapes or losses. In such cases, responsibility for your dog’s safety will return to you.
  9. Personal Property: BYO Toys. We’re not responsible for any personal items like leads or collars left at our facility. If your dog accidentally causes any damage, you’ll need to cover the costs.
  10. Payments and Charges: Easy Peasy Payments. You agree to cover all charges for your dog’s stay and any extra costs from unexpected incidents. Payments can be made by card, either in person or online, on or before the drop-off date.
  11. Late Arrivals and Cancellations: Timeliness is Key. If you’re running more than an hour late without letting us know, you might lose your booking and incur a late fee. Cancellations with less than 12 hours' notice and no-shows may be charged half the fees. Late pick-ups after hours will incur a $20 fee for every 30 minutes past closing time.
  12. Termination of Service: Safety First. Pets Juicy reserves the right to end services if your dog is determined to pose a risk to others’ safety or health. Any costs for alternative care will be your responsibility.
  13. Amendments to Terms: Stay Updated. These terms and conditions might change from time to time. Continuing to use Pets Juicy’s services means you accept the updated terms.
